Hey man, old viewer here! I recently got back into refurbishing things again and I started watching the YouTubers that I enjoyed watching back when I did it (you being one of them). Just wanted to say that I'm shocked with how much you've grown, and it makes me so happy. I've also noticed that your content's a much higher quality than it was, you've improved a lot! I've been here since you were at 179 subs, back when you weren't even called "The Retro Future". I'm glad to see that you have a much bigger audience now, you really do deserve it.
Hey WheatleyDotJPEG,Retro collecting is a lot of fun, but I think it should grow genuinely. Hit the tag sales and flea markets, and look for games and consoles that you actually want to play. Also look for out of trend games/consoles, for example if everyone's buying N64, buy Genesis, and when the 64 market dips down again jump on it then. Also if you learn how to repair/refurbish older consoles & games, you will save yourself a lot of money
A good collection, but a bit of a cheat, as it's MOSTLY Nintendo Game Boys and their various incarnations! Also you called the Mega Duck a LAPTOP, when you were showing the accessories on your top shelf, then showed a Mega Duck, which is a Game Boy clone...hmmm
Hey this is totally unrelated to your awesome collection but I would like to know if you know a song that goes like "Ayyy ohhh ayyeeoooo" and that's all I remember from it lol. The reason I ask is because I heard it on an Unbox Therapy video and I have heard the song in this video also lol. P.S. Youtube recommends me to a ton of your videos so I subbed lol
Great collection ! It was 27 years ago when I bought a Game Boy and played a lot of Tetris and Mario Golf on bus rides while playing minor league baseball . I would have loved to have a PSP intead during that time .
nice :D just recently found your channel and i gotta say your content is great :D i allways had a thing for gameboys, after all i spend half of my childhood with a color in my hands haha, i have that color till this day, but i changed its cover for a brand one i found for sale so it looks like new, sadly they didnt had the color of mine, but ofcourse i kept the original one :D
in general i have a bunch of consoles, mainly for tv,mostly with original boxes and mostly i got them since new...i have just 3 gameboys rn tho, original one, pocket and that color i mentioned, i watched some of your older videos and i liked that one where you fix the missing lines at the display at the original gameboy,my one have a similar problem so i might give a shot to this :D
anyway thanks for the videos and keep them comming :D
If you want an interesting and relatively cheap to collect for then look out for the Tiger Handheld Electronics, back when everyone had a Gameboy, I had the Tiger handheld Bruce Lee game hahaha, I wish I could find that Bruce Lee game again!
So many fucking game boys what did you get knots like like Nintendo entertainment system or super Nintendo or Nintendo 64 or game cube or wii or WiiU or Nintendo switch but no you got a fucking game boys what are you a child does your child hood handheld
To the east is the entrance area to the vault. In order to open it, you have to work out how to open all of the doors at once. One of the instructions will open a door without closing any. This must be the last key you press. Now, find a way to open a door that closes only the doors you will open later. And continue until all of the doors are open.
One solution is "NILBOG". (Many other solutions are possible; this one has the advantage of spelling something interesting when reversed.) Each key opens a door while not closing any of the doors you have already opened.
Pushing the Mainentance button (M), will teleport you to caves underneath the castle. When you leave this area, it will open up a new door to the east of the entrance room.
At the very first intersection, to the right is a room. A chest in that room contains the candelabrum needed to solve quest 3.
Continuing down the corridor into the caverns, you will come to a room containing a chest in the middle of the room and a Spark spell containstly bashing down onto it. You can empty the chest by timing you steps correctly. Be careful, as the Spark spell seems to be a master level spark.
The next room and then north leads to where Angela is trapped. She will join your party automatically and you can return her to town to solve quest 6.
Further west and then back east, and then to the end of the passage is a teleporter that returns you to the room south of where you found Angela.
If you instead go further west is the lair of some cobras. You can find several cobra eggs scattered around this room.
To the south is the lair of the Queen of the Spiders. Kill her and you will find her heart. This will satisfy quest 4. There is also a teleporter here that will return you to the starting room.
